By your use of the Services you agree to these Terms of Service and you certify you are 18 years old or older and are able and competent to give We Here rights as detailed in these Terms of Service and to comply with these Terms and Service. We Here Services are not intended for individuals younger than 18.

We Here reserves the right to refuse service and/or prohibit or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, for any or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you. Additionally, breach of these Terms of Service may jeopardize your continued use of the Services and may result in the cancellation of your orders, removal from workshops, webinars, or classes, among other consequences with limited possibility of refund.

Any other use of our Services, including reproduction and internet links, is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

Pricing and payment of goods

The price for all goods will be as quoted on the Services and are quoted in United States dollars. Prices and availability information are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include sales tax (where applicable) or delivery costs, both of which you agree to pay upon ordering.

Pricing and payment of services rendered

The price for all services rendered, which includes Community School courses, webinars, and any digital downloads, will be as quoted on the Services and are quoted in United States dollars. Prices and availability information are subject to change without prior notice.

No refunds will be provided for live or recorded webinars, seminars, or digital downloads. All sales are final for these event types.

Refunds for Community School courses will only be honored until 7 days before the first scheduled day of the course. No refunds will be provided for Community School courses thereafter.

Dates of webinars and courses are subject to change, if impacted by unforeseen circumstances.

Terms of event registration/purchase

Registration of events, such as events through the Community School, is limited to one per participant. If multiple people from the same organization would like to register, the person purchasing registration can adjust the quantity needed to reflect the accurate number of people participating.

Events (webinars, seminars, courses) and digital downloads may contain video, audio, and visual digital content. It your responsibility to work with the materials in the form they are provided. We do not create custom files upon request.

You agree not to share or distribute materials from events or digital downloads with anyone, which includes derivatives such as screenshots.

Sharing of web platform links for live events or recorded videos of events without purchase is prohibited. Downloading and uploading of We Here recordings is also strictly prohibited.

All original materials are protected under copyright and intellectual property rights. If made by instructional designers, they retain rights; if made by We Here LLC, we retain rights. Original content may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

We Here Members Only Event Terms

On occasion, we will program events (courses or webinars) that are only open to We Here members. Offering programming only to our members is critical to our mission. We Here Members Only events will be clearly marked on our website. The terms of each event might differ (e.g. a password is needed in the registration form), but we reserve the right to remove individuals from registration or the event itself if these general terms or the specific terms of each event are not met. If someone is removed from the event (as opposed to the registration list before the event happens), we will not issue a refund.

Minimum enrollment requirements for Community School courses

Courses typically have a minimum enrollment requirement in order for the course to take place (minimum enrollment numbers depend on the cost of the course). If we do not meet the minimum number of enrollment, those who have purchase a course or webinar will be issued a refund. We try to refund by the day after the course was to take place.
