Bringing it to the Table: Strength and Resilience of Women Leaders

Leadership can be done and expressed in different ways. A librarian can lead in formal positions to and in informal ways. This panel discussion explores the different ways leadership can happen and the way different strategies and strengths can make an impact in libraries as organizations. Speakers will share experiences of overcoming challenges, the supports that allowed them to thrive, and advice for future leaders.

Speakers include Mahasin Ameen, Inaam Charaf, and Sheila García Mazari. This panel is moderated by Silvia Vong.
